assignment, in whole or in part, of the Business or Our assets (for example, as
a result of a merger, consolidation, change of control, reorganization,

Right to change this Policy. We reserve the right to modify
this Policy at any time in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a
change, We will post the revised version of the Privacy Policy and update the
update date in the footer of the Privacy Policy. We will notify You reasonably;
