Purchase and return policy.

Price, product availability and delivery

I saw a product from one of your competitors that I would like to get. Are you able to get it for me?

We strive to have the finest products from the largest suppliers in our warehouse. However, if you find the product of your dreams elsewhere, tell us about your discovery. We will gladly order your product, in addition to saving you moneybecause of our best price policy. What could be better?

I got a better price from a competitor. Are you able to price match?

Céramique L'Entrepôtis committed to offering its customers the best prices in the industry. We promise to price match our competitors or offer you an additional 10% discount. The best price policy does not apply to past purchases or orders in progress.

What is your pricing policy?

Céramique L'Entrepôt offers the best prices on the market. Therefore, no price adjustment is offered after purchase.  

Price quote: Prices quoted are guaranteed for a period of 5 days provided that the goods are still available in our warehouses. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, debit and cash in store.

Do you offer discounts to contractors and interior designers?

Yes. We enter into agreements where discounts are offered to contractors and interior designers. For more information, please contact an advisor at one of our two branches.

Do you offer delivery service?

Not currently. However, we can recommend recognized delivery services if you need them. We invite you to contact us for more information.

Return, exchange, and refund

Can I return a product?

Except for clearance products and end of lot products, returns are accepted, free of charge, within 15 days of the billed date for complete, non-damaged and clean boxes. For installation products, these products are non-refundable between November 15 and April 15 (see return of installation products below).

Can I return a product special order?

No. Special order products are not eligible for return. However, if the products on order are still with the supplier, your deposit may be applicable on a new order. However, if your order is in transit for delivery, an exchange fee of 50% as well as transport costs will be deducted from your deposit. 

Céramique L’Entrepôt does its utmost to be able to provide products within 15 to 20 working days. However, the company cannot be held responsible for any delay in the receipt of products or for any delay in your installation work. 

Can I make a complaint after my product is installed?

No. It is your responsibility, or that of your installer, to ensure that the product matches the invoice (quantity, model, color, boxes from the same lot, and condition of the product) since no claims will be accepted after the product has been installed. An installed product is considered to have been accepted by you.

Other policies

Calculation of the necessary quantities

The sales associates atCéramiqueL'Entrepôtcan help customer calculate the quantities of productsrequired. However, the customer must provide accurate measurements of the space to be covered and releases the company from any responsibility for errors in calculating quantitiesrequired.

Return of installation products

No exchange or refund will be accepted on installation products such as adhesive, cement, grout, (etc.) for the period between November 15 and April 15. These types of products are susceptible to frost.

Order cancellation and storage fees

You have up to one month to cancel an in-stock product order (except special orders). After this time, your deposit will not be reimbursed. In addition, a storage fee may be charged if the pickup date of your order exceeds 30 days.

Warranty

Refer to the product specifications sheet to see the supplier’s warranty. If there is no guarantee attached to the form, ask our in-store advisors.
