What is the pickup time after a purchase?

If the product is in stock on our website, pickup is available THE SAME DAY (if the product is in stock).

Do you offer discounts to contractors and interior designers?

Yes. We enter into agreements where discounts are offered to contractors and interior designers.

How to obtain free samples of ceramics and tiles?

Our Quebec City and St-Jerome stores offer free samples of wall tiles, porcelain tiles, floor tiles, and floor coverings.

Take them home to test the colors, textures, and sizes in your kitchen, bathroom, or living room before you buy.

A deposit is required to ensure the samples are returned.

📑​ Return, exchange, and refund

What is the return and exchange policy - Ceramics, floor coverings and products?

Céramique l'Entrepôt accepts returns of unopened ceramic, porcelain, and flooring within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions:

  • Original packaging intact
  • Invoice required
  • Products uncut/unmodified and clean
  • Exceptions: Final sale items, lot balances, and special orders

For special tiles or custom orders, contact our Quebec City or St-Jerome stores before purchasing.

For pre-mixed installation products, these items are not refundable from November 1st to March 31st (see installation product returns below).

What is the return policy for installation products?

No exchanges or refunds will be accepted on pre-mixed installation products (such as adhesives, grouts, liquid membranes, etc.) for the period from November 1st to March 31st.

These types of products are susceptible to freezing and we will not be able to resell them.

Can I return a product special order?

No. Special order products are not eligible for return. However, if the products on order are still with the supplier, your deposit may be applicable on a new order. However, if your order is in transit for delivery, an exchange fee of 50% as well as transport costs will be deducted from your deposit. 

Céramique L’Entrepôt does its utmost to be able to provide products within 15 to 20 working days. However, the company cannot be held responsible for any delay in the receipt of products or for any delay in your installation work. 

Can I make a claim even if my product, ceramic tile or flooring is installed?

Yes, if the problem is due to the product and its warranty.

It is your responsibility, or that of your installer, to ensure that the product matches the invoice (quantity, model, color, boxes from the same batch, good condition of the product) since no claims will be accepted after the product has been installed.

We consider an installed product to be ACCEPTED.

Can I cancel an order and are there any storage fees?

You have up to one month to cancel an order for in-stock items (excluding special orders).

After this period, you will forfeit your deposit. In addition, storage fees may be charged if your order is more than 30 days away from pickup date.

What is the guarantee offered by Céramique l'Entrepôt?

Refer to the product information sheet to see the supplier's warranty. If no warranty information is included, please ask our in-store advisors.
