Official Rules of the "Win the value of your purchase" contest

1. Organizer of the contest
The contest is organized by Céramique l'Entrepôt inc., here in after referred to as "the Organizer".

2. Name of the contest
“Earn the value of your purchase – July and August 2025”

3. Duration of the contest
The contest begins on July 1, 2025 at 8:00 AM (ET) and ends on August 31, 2025 at 5:00 PM (ET) (the "Contest Period").

4. Eligibility
The contest is open to any person residing in Québec who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives or mandataries of the Organizer, as well as persons with whom they are domiciled, are not eligible for the contest.

5. Mode of participation
To participate in the draw, an eligible person must make a purchase in-store or online at Céramique l'Entrepôt during the contest period for a minimum amount of $100.

Every purchase over $100 automatically results in a contest entry.
No additional registration is required.

6. Price description
Five (5) winners will win an amount equivalent to the total value (before taxes) of their purchase made in July or August 2025, up to a maximum of $500 CAD each.

The refund will be made in the form of a bank transfer within 30 days following the confirmation of the winners.

7. Draw
The draw will take place on September 5, 2025 at 10:00 AM (HE) at the Organizer’s headquarters located at 850 boulevard Pierre-Bertrand, suite 260 in Quebec.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries registered during the contest Period.

8. Announcement of the winners
The winners will be contacted by phone or email within 5 days of the draw.
To be declared a winner, they will have to:

• Answer a mathematical skill question;
• Confirm their purchase with a proof of transaction (invoice);
• Sign a Declaration and Release of Liability form.

If these conditions are not met within 10 days, a new draw will be carried out.

9. General conditions

• The prize is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash or exchangeable.
• By participating, the winners authorize Céramique l'Entrepôt to use their first name, last name and city for promotional purposes.
• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any non-compliant or falsified entry.
• The contest is subject to all applicable laws in the province of Quebec.

10. Personal data
The personal information collected is used solely for the administration of the contest and will not be sold or shared without consent.

11. Disputes
A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of this contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a decision. A dispute over the award of the prize may also be submitted to the Régie, but only for the purpose of intervening to facilitate a settlement.
