Products on order:
- No refunds on special order products.
- No deposit refunds are available on pre-ordered products. However, your deposit may be applied to any new orders placed. If the ordered products have already arrived or are in the process of being delivered, a 50% exchange fee and shipping charges will be applied to reduce your deposit.
- Céramique l'Entrepôt makes every effort to supply you with the products within the specified timeframes (15 to 20 business days). However, the company disclaims any liability for any delay in receiving the goods or any delay in your installation work.
Products in stock:
- Except for clearance products and lot balances, returns are accepted, free of charge, within 15 days of the invoice date for complete and clean boxes only.
Calculation of the quantities required:
- Céramique l'Entrepôt advisors can help customers calculate the required product quantities. However, customers must provide measurements of the space to be covered and release the company from any liability for any inaccurate calculations of quantities.
Facility :
- Before starting the installation of your product, you or your installer must ensure that the product complies with the invoice (quantity, color, model, product free of defects, boxes from the same batch). No claims will be accepted after the product has been installed. An installed product is considered accepted by you.
Others :
- No exchanges or refunds will be accepted on installation products such as adhesive, cement, (etc.) for the period from October 15 to April 15. These types of products are susceptible to freezing.
- No price adjustment after purchase.
- You have up to one month to cancel an order for a product in stock (except for special orders). After this period, you will lose your deposit.
- Storage fees may be charged if the collection date is exceeded by more than 15 days.
- Prices on a quote are guaranteed for a maximum period of 5 days, taking into account that the goods are always available in our warehouses.
