Sealant silicone - mapesil-t plus
Mapesil T Plus is a professional grade, 100% silicone sealant with improved adhesion and designed to be used on a variety of substrates. This product is specially formulated for areas subject to intense circulation and for expansion or motion joints, thus exceeding ASTM and ANSI standards.

- Low gloss formula to match the luster of the grout joints
- Rated for places subject to intense traffic and for expansion or motion joints
- 100% Silicone, for use in indoor and outdoor wet and dry installations, of Res 1 to Res 7 and Com 1 to Com 7, according to the TCNA environmental exposure classifications
- Excellent flexibility and elongation, for use in joints as well as in areas subject to changes of plan in tiles or stone works
- Can be used in pools and spas. It is necessary to allow 7 days for maturation with the filling of the pool. The resistance of Mapesil T Plus to chlorine depends on the pH value of the water and the amount of free chlorine. A pH value between 6.5 and 7.6 is required, and free chlorine must remain below 5 mg per L (5 ppm).
