Quick-setting all-in-one grout for grout replacement with or without sand
Ultracolor Plus FA – with DropEffectTM technology and full life-cycle CO2 offsetting – is a flocculent, non-stripping, uniform colour, polymer modified, fast setting, fine aggregate, ultra high quality, for joints between 1.5 mm and 19 mm (1/16" to 3/4") width. The DropEffect technology reduces surface absorption to help repel water and dirt from penetrating into grouting joints.
Ultracolor Plus FA is specially formulated with MAPEI’s Cement Hyperhydration Technology (HCTMC) to eliminate the problems commonly associated with Portland cement-based grouts, such as uneven color and efflorescence. In addition to offering a higher polymer content, the cement hyperhydration technology results in reduced absorptivity and better stain resistance compared to standard grade cement slurries.
