Maintenance of different types of floors can vary depending on the material. Here is a general guide for maintaining ceramic (porcelain) floors. 

Steps :  

  • Sweep regularly to remove dirt and dust (broom or vacuum) 
  • Clean with warm water and a mild cleaner specifically designed for ceramic tiles. 
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the tiles.

Pro tip

Ceramik Plus should never be poured directly onto the surface. It is important to use the spray bottle at all times. For best results, use a quality microfiber cloth.

  • Baking soda : To clean your countertops, backsplashes, or floors, mix 3 tablespoons of baking soda with each liter of hot water. Be sure the water is very hot, as this helps dissolve the baking soda. For a fresh scent, add a drop of freshly squeezed lemon juice or store-bought lemon juice. After diluting the mixture, pour it onto your ceramic tiles and wipe it down with a clean, dry cloth..

For any new installation :

  • Be sure to wait at least 72 hours before cleaning newly installed natural stone or ceramic. This three-day period allows the glue and grout to fully cure, preventing any damage from premature cleaning.

  • To protect your ceramic tiles and grout, consider using a quality sealer. This will help prevent dirt and stains from settling in the joints between the tiles.
